Privacy Policy

PDF2HTML processes uploaded PDF files only to create the requested HTML ZIP package. Source PDFs are private and are not publicly hosted.

Source files and generated ZIP packages are retained for no longer than 48 hours from their respective acceptance/completion times. Account and transaction records may be retained to operate the service, prevent abuse, reconcile payments, and meet legal obligations.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PDF2HTML.

We do not sell uploaded documents or document contents. Operational logs are designed not to contain document bytes, text, images, passwords, payment credentials, or signed download URLs.
