Conversion and publishing

PDF2HTML converts your PDFs into downloadable HTML ZIP packages. Where Plus hosting is available, you can also choose to publish converted pages. You must have the right to upload, process and publish each document you submit.

Uploads stay private unless you choose publishing or enable automatic publishing for new uploads. Public pages can be opened by anyone with their address. Changing a publishing default does not publish older uploads or change an existing page. Keep sensitive information out of pages you make public.

Page credits and individual PDFs

Current page-credit packages and individual-PDF prices are displayed by the service before checkout and are the prices that apply to that purchase, with applicable tax handled under the displayed checkout tax policy. Conversion uses one credit per validated PDF page, with no per-PDF credit minimum. Work rejected before acceptance consumes no conversion credits. A terminally failed charged conversion returns the conversion credits charged for that PDF. A publishing delay or failure does not reverse a successful conversion.

Plus and storage

Plus costs $20 per month before tax and includes 10 GB of persistent storage. One GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes. Retained PDFs, retained ZIPs and hosted pages share this capacity. Work in progress reserves space; files awaiting confirmed deletion continue to count until cleanup finishes.

Extra storage costs $1 per GB per month before tax. PayPal-funded extra storage starts at 5 GB. A mid-period increase is priced for the remaining time, and its actual immediate PayPal charge must be at least $5 before tax. If the quote is smaller, you can schedule the increase for the next renewal without an immediate charge or extra capacity, or explicitly choose a larger qualifying increase. We do not silently raise the charge or quantity. Confirmation shows the immediate charge, quantity, effective date, tax and future monthly amount.

Extra storage paid with site credits starts at 1 GB and costs 14 credits per GB for a full billing period. A mid-period purchase charges proportionally for the remaining time, rounded up once to a whole credit across the selected quantity. There is no $5 or other monetary minimum for site-credit storage purchases. The exact credit charge is shown before confirmation.

Recurring payments or credit renewals apply as confirmed at purchase. Reductions and cancellation take effect at the end of the paid period, without automatic refunds for unused time. A reduction must fit the space used and reserved; cleanup may be required first. A failed renewal does not extend hosting beyond paid-through time. Any payment correction, refund or dispute is handled separately from these routine cancellation rules.

Availability and file lifetime

Temporary source PDFs expire 48 hours after acceptance; temporary ZIPs expire 48 hours after conversion completes. Plus can retain files separately within available storage. Publishing requires active paid access and available storage. Timed pages expire 72 hours after publication unless you explicitly change their expiry; Keep live pages remain subject to active Plus. You can disable or delete a page earlier.

When paid access ends, public hosting stops. Retained files remain available for download for 30 days after paid access ends, subject to account restrictions. The retention policy provides a suspension notice and a deletion warning seven days before deletion. Paid reactivation restores retained files that have not been deleted. Being over quota does not itself authorize deletion. Removing a page does not automatically delete related retained PDFs or ZIPs; those require an explicit selection.

Payments and service limits

PayPal processes new online payments. Historical Stripe payments may still be reconciled through Stripe. Applicable tax and the total are shown before payment. Sandbox checkout is for testing; the payment environment and confirmation determine whether a payment is real.

Only features enabled in your workspace are available. The service may reject files, suspend public access or stop work when safety, resource, security or abuse limits are reached. See the Privacy Policy for document handling and retained records.
