PDF2HTML converts customer-supplied PDFs into downloadable HTML ZIP packages. You must have the right to upload and process each document you submit.

Page-credit packages are sold at these exact prices: 1,500 pages for $100, 3,000 pages for $200, and 4,500 pages for $300. Package credits are consumed at exactly one credit per validated PDF page, with no per-PDF minimum. A customer may instead pay for one PDF at $0.15 per validated page, with a minimum one-off payment of $5 for that PDF. Work rejected before acceptance consumes no page credits. If a charged conversion fails terminally, the application returns the page credits charged for that PDF. Page credits are not a subscription.

Files are private. The service does not intentionally publish converted HTML. Source PDFs expire 48 hours after acceptance and generated ZIPs expire 48 hours after completion.

During launch verification, checkout uses Stripe sandbox/test mode and therefore does not constitute a live monetary charge. Live billing will only be enabled after production payment configuration is explicitly approved.

The service may reject files or stop processing when internal safety, resource, security, or abuse limits are reached.
